  • Our Missing Will Service is free of charge if we are also asked by you to find missing or unknown heirs on a Contingency fee basis.
Delivery
  • Timescale – after placement of advertisement and other research has commenced we must allow 30 days for responses. All other searches will also be completed within 30 days.
  • Missing Will Insurance Option – having completed the Missing Will Service, Finders can then obtain an Aviva ‘Missing Will’ indemnity insurance quotation for your consideration. This provides cover against the possible later discovery of a Will which changes the estate distribution, without the need for repayment of inheritance(s) or bequests that have already taken place.
