Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Client Account Funds

Solicitors are expected to take steps to trace (former) clients owed money held in their client accounts and the SRA now asks for proof of efforts made to do this.

Finders can help you locate your (former) clients, or their Personal Representatives if they have died, promptly and cost-effectively, in order to fulfil your obligations.

Whatever the problem and no matter how dated or complex the case may be, please contact us for free advice or a no-obligation quotation

Property Ownership - Missing Persons? Proving Title?

We are often contacted during property transactions about a mysterious name on a Title Deed which is causing problems or to provide proof of ownership to property or land.

This could relate to anything from tracing a (former) leaseholder or freeholder to finding a person named in a restrictive covenant. Where deceased we can locate their rightful heirs, successors or personal representatives.

Proving Title?
We have successfully researched property and land histories in order to provide acceptable evidence for clients wishing to prove title.

Estate Distribution Schedules

The advice and guidance on this page should enable you to draw up a distribution schedule and calculate the sums due to heirs on intestacy. However, if you would like us to do this for you, please contact us.

We can produce an Intestate Estate Distribution Schedule (see graphic below) for you free of charge along with our report or at any time prior to distribution so that you can be confident that each heir is receiving the correct sum due to them.

For example, please see the Distribution Schedule and Fractional Entitlements charts below in the fictional estate of John Smith.
