Properties often remain empty for a range of reasons, some of which can be complex and costly. Local councils know the value of getting empty properties back into use, not just in terms of the local housing stock, but for the individual owner, and the wider community.
In today’s session, Ellie will introduce the work of Lendology CIC with a particular focus on our empty property loan scheme and our council partnerships.
