The 11th series of Heir Hunters starts next week. Will you be watching? Don’t forget to hit ‘series record’.

Finders International is a main firm that features in the BBC daytime show, a programme that has proved a huge hit with viewers, young and old. In the show, we showcase our work to discover the rightful heirs to an estate when someone has died intestate.

This often involves checking parish records, looking up census data and travelling all over the country to find next of kin. Our research can uncover fascinating facts, such as the jobs/trades a person or their ancestors did. We often hear tales of war bravery or heroism too.

The new series starts on BBC One on Monday 27th February at 11 am. The work of the Finders team will be showcased on the following 8 out of 10 episodes.

In this episode the work of the heir hunters leads to an emotional meeting as a man travels 9,000 miles to see his half-sister for the first time. While on the case of a diehard Leicester City fan, a surprise adoption and travelling ancestors threaten to derail the search for heirs.
